  • A 90-minute initial consultation to explore your current health, risks, and optimisation goals

  • 4 x 45-minute follow-up sessions to track progress, adjust strategies, and deepen results

  • A bespoke plan for nutrition, lifestyle, and targeted supplementation focused on prevention and performance

  • Functional testing as needed, which may include:**

    • Comprehensive blood analysis and metabolic panels

    • DNA nutrigenomics (genetic nutrition testing)

    • Nutrient status (e.g. iron, B12, vitamin D, omega-3s, magnesium)
