  • blender


  • 200 ml almond milk or other plant based milk like oat milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 handful spinach or kale rinsed
  • 2 tsp almond butter or pumpkin seed butter if nut-free


  • Add all ingredients to a NutriBullet or other blender and blend until fully combined
  • Drink immediately if possible
